RENO
.....Not Vegas.
But the hills, mountains, and views are spectacular.
If you have been to Vegas and are looking for the Vegas experience, do not go to Reno.
If you are looking for skiing and some gambling...Reno may be right for you. ¶ 00:04

I've never been to Reno but I'd like to visit... that being said, I suspect I would also find it a bit of a letdown after Las Vegas.
Kzoojason...you would like Reno....close to Tahoe and all of the skiing plus some gambling...probably with less savy hold 'em players.
Roland...this is my second time in Reno...once for pleasure while I was working in Sacramento and this time for work.
The girl did look at me a little oddly when I checked into the Casino Hotel for two weeks.
