  Hefe IV
Forgot to post this earlier...

On the14th of this month I tried another Hefeweizen homebrew. I got some advice from the Head brewer up at the Travers Brewing Company (which may be under new managment very soon). With his advice and a little luck I was able to brew a super good Hefe. This is not just a daddy who is proud of his baby. This one really is good. I would take the F-ing Pepsi Challange with this stuff.

I gave it a name that is totally...lame.
Hefeweizen IV.

Have a good weekend.

A sincere congratulations on the beer! I know how you feel about creating something that's beyond, "proud-I-made-it good."

I like to pretend I'm a professional chef, when really I make good amateur meals, but a couple times over the holidays I turned out top-notch restaurant quality fare. So whether your Hef IV was a stroke of genius or a lucky fluke well-done, and I wish I could have some.

Congrats on the good beer! When do I get to try it?

Now the only question I have is what are you going to do if you end up owning microbrewery... do you keep it named Hef IV or do you give it some new, oddball name consistent with the image of your brewery?

Whenever you want to come up and try some just come on over. I am always ready to share my beer.
